Carol Gossard Native Plant Garden at Chatfield Farms |
Denver Botanic Gardens Gardens Navigator |
This colorful garden is composed of flora native to Colorado and dedicated to Carol Gossard, who was a long-time volunteer at the gardens and dreamed of having a native garden. Representing a range of Colorado’s elevations and climates, the gardens boast a diverse array of wildflowers, grasses and woody plants. Naturally, many species of butterflies, birds and bees are drawn to this habitat.
